How this works
Short version: eight answers about your code, checked against each buyer's posted conditions, then an email naming the buyers that fit. No buyer gets a word about you before you approve it by name.
From form to introduction
Your answers get read
Status of the company, repo count, years of history, whether reviews and tickets come along, third-party code inside, and who holds the IP. The form asks for nothing more.
They meet the published rules
Every buyer here posts conditions: staff minimums, countries, the material it takes and the material it refuses. Your answers go up against those conditions, as dated on the changelog.
You hear which buyers fit
An email lists any buyer whose posted conditions you seem to satisfy, with a line on why, or says straight out that none fits at present.
Only your yes moves it
No buyer learns your company exists until you approve that particular buyer by reply. After that, it receives your contact details and form answers, and the conversation is between the two of you.
Things this site will never do
- Take custody of code. No repos, clones, scans, exports or samples; please do not send any.
- Charge you. There is no fee on the seller side, at any stage.
- Price your codebase, haggle on your behalf, or predict what a buyer will offer.
- Sign for you, or present itself as a buyer, a broker or a marketplace.
Where the money comes from
A few buyers run referral schemes that reward whoever brought a company to them, once that company signs. If you sign with a buyer we introduced, it may pay this site such a fee. Sellers pay nothing. Which buyers we suggest, and what we write about them, owes nothing to those fees.
How the facts are gathered
Figures and conditions come from the buyers' own sites, each with the date it was read; press-reported deals credit the outlet. We have not tested or audited any buyer, and an estimate on this site never amounts to an offer. The terms changelog records each change.

ZIP, contact, then eight multiple-choice questions about the repos. Your answers get held up against every buyer's published rules, and the matches come back to you by email, by name.
No code, repo URLs, exports or samples here, please. Answers only; we do not want your data.
We run an introduction service, and a buyer you end up signing with may pay us for the introduction. You are not charged.
Answers in. The next moves:
- Each answer is compared with the published conditions of every buyer on this site.
- You get a short email: the fitting buyers by name, each with its reason, or a plain "no match today".
- A buyer only learns of you after you approve it, by name, in a reply. Your address is used for this request and then left alone.
